About My Services
Let's get started working together today. If you don't find what you are looking for, please contact me so we can discuss your needs.
Training
Personal Training Sessions. We work together to come up with a plan that works for you. We decide on a time and place that is most comfortable and find a routine that you can stick with. I will teach you proper techniques and modifications if needed. Together we will work to achieve your goals. This can be done in one-on-one in partner sessions.
Let's Workout Together
Maybe you need a step further than just a trainer. Maybe you wnat someone to actually do the workouts with you. With this option, I will develop a plan for you and do the workout with you so you aren't alone. This will also help you stay accountable to the plan.
How About A plan
Feeling good and confident about your ability to safely execute exercises and do the workouts but need help coming up with a plan or routine that is best for you? Aren't quite ready to work with a trainer but want to get started moving and need some guidance? Let me help! With this option, i can help you with an exercise program that makes you feel safe and comfortable and give you someone to check-in with when you have questions or need more guidance.
Accountability
Maybe you've learned all the proper techniques before and you don't have any issues with working out, other than the act of making yourself do it. Let's talk through why that is and then come up with an accountability plan. Perhaps all you need me for is to check-in on you and make sure you are sticking to your own plan and working towards your goals. I can do weekly check-ins and help you hold yourself accountable to your goals.

Safe and Inclusive Environment!
I am always working to create the best, safe, accessible environment for your fitness journey. I welcome you, at any size, whatever your race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, previous fitness experience, or body type. I embrace the full spectrum of emotions that working out can bring up for my clients. I am happy to discuss any accommodations you might need due to neurodiversity or physical disability, or other reasons, and will always communicate clearly about my ability to meet these needs.

How EquitablePricing Works
Want to donate to the Equitable Fund?
Don't need a trainer but like what you see here? Use the services and want to give someone else the opportunity to do the same? Maybe you have a few dollars to spare? Please consider a donation to help others have access to trauma informed fitness! All donations go directly to providing sessions to those in financial need.
An equitable pricing model allows for a service to be obtained at multiple price points based on the circumstances of the client. This method allows folks who would most likely be priced out of something to have the opportunity to take part in it. It also seeks to address the systemic inequalities of class in our culture. I am implementing this equitable pricing model to foster a more equitable system.
Here you will find pricing is broken down into three tiers. I am able to provide a limited number of slots on each tier, so these opportunities might not always be immediately available.
As you explore, I invite you to consider your personal access to resources + barriers related to the identities you hold. Being mindful that if you select a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher price, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of equitable pricing. The sliding scale thrives on trust. I trust you to be honest in your assessment of your economic reality. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices enables us to grow a strong and sustainable community.
* Basic Needs include food, housing, health care, transportation and transition related needs (including affirming clothing)
** Expendable Income might mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the movies or a concert, books, high-end goods or services, and similar items each month, etc.
*If the lower tier is still prohibitive, I will work with folks to offer extended payment plans and other solutions.
* These statements are meant to act as a guide but I acknowledge that they cannot reflect the entirety of your personal situation.
Please note that I am always open to revisiting your pricing structure as financial situations change. After considering these statements please select the fee you believe reflects both a sense of collective care and self-compassion. I welcome all conversation and questions regarding your experience. I also welcome thoughts and ideas on factors I might consider as this continues to evolve. Thank you for engaging in this process!
